In parts of the city, there are physical roadblocks between the cars and the bikers. These roadblocks are things like concrete walls or bumps. Also, for drivers who park their cars in the bike lane without dire urgency, there is a fine upwards of 250 dollars. Along with current drivers ed classes educating young drivers to be more aware of their surroundings and more aware of bikers.
